“Touching Hope: Healing, Wholeness, and Thriving in Troubled Times”

In a world that often feels broken and unjust, how do we hold onto hope? As followers of Jesus, how do we find our center, tend our wounds, and reclaim joy—personally and communally?

Through the intertwined healing stories of two daughters in Mark 5:21-43, we’ll explore the courage to reach out, the power of being seen and known, and the sacred possibility of being restored. Together we’ll name our anger and grief, ground ourselves in sacred wisdom, and awaken to hope—not as wishful thinking, but as resilient, Spirit-led living.

Registration begins online November 2, 2025 at 11:30AM.

• Retreat Dates – Dinner Friday evening January 30 through lunch Sunday, February 1, 2026.
• Fees – $395 per person for a double room $485 for a single room. Only one form is needed for double, if roommate is known.
• Registration begins Nov 2 –  We will offer online registration  beginning Nov 2. Online registration and payment can be handled through Church Center. Click here for instructions to create your account.
• Cancellation with refund deadline – December 18, 2025. After that time, women should find a replacement or consider donating their registration fee for a scholarship.
• Payments – Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. We regret we are unable to "hold" a room for you until later payment. Credit cards are accepted on Church Center.
• Partial Scholarships – A small reserve has been set aside for scholarships. Please don’t NOT attend because your budget won’t allow it. Contact Pastor Sam to request a scholarship.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE WOMEN'S RETREAT:

 Please read through the instructions below before clicking the "Register" button. (Click here for a pdf of these instructions)
 
Important: To register, you will need to have an account with SRVUMC. If you do not have one, you will be prompted to create an account during the registration process.

1. Click the "Register" button.
    Login
2. Enter your mobile phone number.  
3. If you have an account with SRVUMC, you will receive 6-digit passcode via text message to log in. 
    If you do not have an account, you will need to provide additional information to set up an account profile. Once your profile is complete, you'll receive a 6-digit passcode via text message to log in.
    Selections
4. Select the number of women you will register for a Single or Double Room. 
5. Complete the contact information.
    Attendees
6. Click the dropdown menu to select your name or select "Add a New Person." 
7. Complete or verify your information. 
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each woman you are registering.

     Credit card payment accepted at time of registration. You must pay the full amount to be officially registered.
